So, as you guys can tell from the title of the video today, I'm going to be doing, um, one of my sit-down videos with it with you guys and um, this one is going to be a weight loss story, how I lost weight because I am, uh normally get this question like frequently, you know, a lot of people ask me about my weight loss journey.

So today I just decided to sit down with you guys and just tell you the story, what I did, and I will be uploading some of the photos my before and after photos.

And this is a natural weight loss, video by the way.

So you guys know, I can't sit down with you guys and not have a glass of wine like does that even make sense does that even make sense me filming.

A youtube video and not having a glass of wine, sure, no ways so I'll be sleeping on, um, my jaws of wine.

While I tell you guys my weight loss story, right? I do not have anything written down.

So this is going to be like I might be blabbing on stuff.

But yeah, you guys will just, um get what I'm saying you guys are going to like yeah, get me at the end right? So the very first, let me just tell you guys my story.

The reason why I wanted to lose weight, let me just guys.

Let me just give you guys.

A background about my weight right? So I have always been a chubby, beautiful.

Girl, right, um from primary I've been big bodied.

And my paternal side of the family is also big bodied, right? So, oh, by the way I was 91 kilos, um in march 2020 before lockdown.

And I am currently 69 kilos, please, please don't even come here and play with me because I did an absolutely amazing job.

So yeah, I was 18 I'm.

91 kilos rather I'm in march 2020 and I'm.

Currently 69 kilos right? So, um, as I've said, I've always been a big-bodied girl and um, there was a time in my life where I did not really like my body.

But then, um, I started to, you know, be active on social media and seeing people who are being exposed to people who look the very same way as me just made me, um fall in love with my body and just to, you know, um, get rid of all the insecurities right? So I was exposed to social media.

I started to love my body.

The likes of thick, leon said, they inspired me to, you know, fall deeply in love with my body.

Right? However, um, I have always been trying to lose weight because being 91 kilos, um, a 15 year old was 91 kilo, swift.

And 16 was 91 kilos didn't like I don't think it was going to end well, right? Health.

Wise right? So I just told myself that, um, I need to change my lifestyle, and I have always been doing it all wrong.

I've always been doing it all wrong.

So I am going to tell you guys how to do it correctly.

How to get it right? So, yeah, man, our I've always been doing it all wrong by you know, wanting quick things wanting a quick weight loss journey, right? And that is impossible.

Weight loss is it's a very, I feel like it's a lifelong journey.

It doesn't end.

It doesn't end.

It is, um, one of the most difficult, um journeys ever yet rewarding.

And it is just amazing when you get your goal right? And, um, yeah.

So, um, I remember it was march the 20 something before lockdown.

Oh, it was during lockdown right? There's.

This other friend of mine, not really a friend, a across a school mage, right? This is other schoolmate of mine she's like to me.

Girl, don't, you want us to be on like, dude, like challenge ourselves and try to lose weight and stuff like that.

And I was like that's a really good idea.

Why not I've always been trying to lose weight, but I've always been doing it wrong.

Maybe, um, excuse me, maybe this time around I'm going to do it correctly.

This is like, yeah, this is the time where I'm going to do it all right right? And I was like why not let me do it? You know.

And I remember the very first day, when I woke up after having that conversation with her, I was like to myself, I am going to do this 90 day challenge that I saw on, um, twitter, there's a 90 day without sugar challenge, right that I saw on twitter.

I was like that is my first goal that is what I'm doing? Um, yeah.

That is what I am going to do right that is the first challenge that I'm I'm taking that I'm doing.

And I jumped on that challenge, 90 days without sugar.

I was 91 kilos before that.

And then after that 90 days, I was I'm a 70 kilos.

So I dropped about 11 kilos, which was really really, really, um, um.

Crazy, right.

So I dropped 11 kilos and looked amazing felt amazing.

So I do not have any any sugar at all like I cut down on sugar.

Zero, sugar, guys, please try the 90 day challenge.

Um, just go to twitter search for 90 day challenge.

You guys will see the amazing results that that challenge does.

It is amazing guys.

It is really really amazing so that's how I started.

And then I went for runs.

I was going for jobs each and every single day.

And then I started going for drugs.

I don't know why I was just like, oh, my god.

I can't do drugs anymore, it's, not even safe.

And so every guy I said, oh, you understand we understand we live in the ghetto, it's, not safe.

So I was like I'm, just gonna do home workouts, right? I'm just going to do some home workouts.

And I guess I was so consistent.

Um, I feel like the keyword for this video is just consistency, it's, consistency, consistency, consistency.

You need to remember the reason why you started you need to like, push yourself.

They were days where I would like order myself pizza, but I'll get on top of things.

The next day I won't give up or eat that pizza and be like girl.

A day must not stop you from achieving your goals.

Right? So, yeah, and then I started cutting down on red meat.

So this was how I did it right? Um.

So for a month, a certain month, I'll, tell myself that.

Okay, this month I'm cutting down on starch I'm, cutting down on rice, right? The next month I'll be like.

Okay, this month I'm cutting down on red meat.

The next month I'll be like.

Okay, this month I'm cutting down on chicken and I'm only going to be on a pescatarian diet, which is a diet where you only eat fish.

So I I owe every single month.

I had a challenge every single month.

I was always challenging myself each and every single month, which kind of worked for me, because I did not do that drastic diet thing.

I I I don't think that thing works.

I do not think that thing it works for other people, but to be honest, 90 of the people fail right? So I always challenged myself when it came to cutting down on food each and every single month, I do not do it like instantly and drastically.

And I don't think it was even going to work for me.

So yeah, I um, I was cutting down on certain food eating every single month.

And um, it really really worked for me, and I will break for work out for like, um an hour or 45 minutes each and every single day in my room in my room, you guys can see that there is like I was big.

I was really a big girl and um.

Okay.

This is what I drank I'm going to tell you guys.

What is it that I took which kind of helped with, um, my weight loss journey, right? Let me quickly grab it because I still have that it's, always with me, I'm always having a bottle of april cider vinegar, the bottle so that I can show you guys, um, what I took to just so as a supplement as a supplement that.

And this is the only thing that I took as a supplement everything else was just natural.

So this is the april cider vinegar that I took.

Um here it is.

It is, um the health connection, wolf foods.

Apple cider vinegar, you can get it from this game or clicks your drugstore.

You can get it there.

I think even checkers and pick and pay has and please do not buy an apple cider vinegar, which does not, um have the mother in it.

Please, please for my sake because you'll just be wasting your time.

So make sure that you buy an apple cider vinegar with the mother.

I don't know, if you guys can see that, but yeah, make sure that you buy an apple cider vinegar with the mother.

So this is what I took each and every single day before, um, having a meal in the morning before having breakfast, I will take this april cider vinegar with warm water and lemon and make sure that you drink this with a straw, because it is not good for your teeth.

Totally it is like it's, not good for your teeth.

So make sure that you take it with a straw.

So just put it in a cup, warm water and drink it with a straw you're going to feel that something is something is happening in your stomach each.

And every single time you will take the apple cider vinegar, right and, um, yeah.

So that is the only thing that I took, um, which helped with my weight loss journey.

And then I will drink two liters of water each and every single day.

So as we know, weight loss is based on metabolism and um going to the bathroom and taking a dip going to the toilet and taking a dip that is one important thing about, um, weight loss, you know, we need.

You need to take a dip.

You need to poop for you to lose weight.

So taking an apple cider vinegar, drinking two liters of water and having and being on a fiber diet.

You know, having lots and lots of fiber really helped me with I'm losing weight so I'm talking about fiber.

What I ate, um, which kind of boosted.

My fiber intake was, um, all bran flakes and musli.

So you guys know open flakes, bread, flakes, um, they're, really, really good when it comes to, um boosting your fiber.

And yeah, I will take all bread flakes and, um musli.

And then I'll drink it with green tea.

So, yeah, let me also show you guys.

The green tea that I took.

This is the green tea that I took which helped me to lose weight it.

I if you not like ready to cut down on certain food.

And if you just, if you think this thing is not going to help you lose weight, if you're not going to like, um cut down on food.

And if you're not going to work out it doesn't, just boost your metabolism.

It helps you to also, um, take a dip, you know, poop and yeah, basically helps with your metabolism rather.

And if you take this while not still eating, um, trashy food or fatty food.

Trust me, it's, not gonna do anything for you.

Because I also tried to this one time.

I thought, if I take green tea I'm going to lose weight, you know, I'm going to have like a quick.

It is what it is that time when I wanted a quick weight loss, um journey, right? So, yeah, I took this, um, uh, green tea, each and every single morning.

So I will take the apple cider vinegar.

I will take the april cider vinegar and the green tea.

So I'll, first start with the apple cider vinegar, then green tea and guys trust me when I say, if you take this, you are going to go to the toilet as of like you are crazy.

You are going to go to the bathroom and poop it's just amazing it's, an amazing combo.

So, yeah, that is what I um took, you know, um, which helped with my metabolism.

So those are the two things that I took which helped with my weight loss right so talking about working out let's talk about working out.

I did not sign up for any gym right.

I was working out at home.

I was doing home workouts.

So you don't have an excuse girl don't, be like don't be like I don't.

I am I don't have money to go to gym.

I don't do this.

I don't do that girl, baby, please, please that's a that's, a lame excuse because I actually did it without going to gym.

I only started gym after losing, um, 20 kilos.

Can you imagine? So I lost 20 kilos at home.

Right? I lost 20 kilos while just working out at home eating well and challenging myself right? So I don't think you have an excuse please just do whole workouts.

You can like, uh search for homework out on youtube youtube will be your best friend just search for home workouts on youtube.

And yeah, you are going to get there right? So this is also one question that I always get from people, um, clink.

People always ask me, um, how long did it take? How did you? Um? Did you actually see yourself doing this? Um, how consistent were you? And what is it that I'm supposed to do starts my life just start I'm, not even guys I'm, not even exaggerating or being cliche.

You know, just start just start just start just start.

You know, set goals for yourself set goals for yourself, setting goals for myself each and every single day.

I mean each and every single month even day, right, it actually motivated me to do more because I will see that I am losing weight and each and every single day I will look at myself in the mirror.

I will be different and my family.

And my friends also see the difference they'll be like girl, you're doing so well.

And I did not tell anyone that I was losing weight.

I was on a weight loss journey.

I told no one only my mother knew that I was my mother and my aunt, yeah, because those those were the people that I was staying with.

They would see me working out me not eating certain food.

And they were very very supportive, which is something that I'm super super grateful for so do not announce the world that you are losing weight, right? Because everyone some people are going to be really negative.

So you need to just keep quiet.

Start do not announce to the world that you are on weight loss journey and listen, you are going to do absolutely amazing.

So I had a notebook.

Right? I had a notebook.

So let's just say now, it's, october, I will set my october goals for myself I'll, be like I will I'm not supposed to work out less than four days.

You know, I need to work out for like.

I need to work out four times a week, um, four or five times a week, not less than four days.

And if I do not, um achieve that goal, I will then punish myself, yes, that's the word I will punish myself by like adding another day to my workout.

If I do not work out on a friday, I have to work out on a saturday or a sunday.

So that kind of like made me, push even harder.

And then I will drink, um, lots and lots and lots of water.

And this is so.

So so so important find someone on social media who has been was has been through, um, the same, um journey.

As you.

I don't know, if I'm making sense, but just make sure that there's someone that you're following who's, also on a weight loss journey, because that person is going to motivate you if you are not going to the gym or if you're not working out and just go to the instagram their instagram story.

And you find them working out that is going to make you like, you know, push even harder.

There is two, um, amazing women that I was following on instagram, which helped me to also push each and every single day I will like go to their stories.

And I will find them working out and I'll, just like ask myself that why now aikido, why am I sitting down and not working out right? And yeah, find people who you can relate to.

And if you want to, you know, have a partner challenge someone because I was also challenged by an amazing person who was like girl, let's do this.

We can do this together.

But hey, I think she kind of gave up on the way I'm, not quite sure because I continued I'm, still continuing, but I'm, super super grateful.

Uh to her for what she has actually challenged me to do I'm so grateful, because I don't think if it was for her I'll be where I am and um find someone who is going to hold you accountable, right might be your family, your parents, your friends, find someone's going to hold you accountable.

Because sometimes I will just be like I'm, not in the mood to work out and they'll just be like my mom will always be like girl, remember the goal you can take a day off, but just always remember your goal.

Remember, the reason why you started look at yourself in the mirror you're doing well.

So just wake up for an hour man or just don't eat that you know, people who are going to hold you accountable.

It is really really really necessary.

And also what else what else.

Um is important.

Um, also, um, the 90 days, um challenge, 90 days without sugar challenge that I mentioned also helped me because it is a a community on social media, which they they basically post their meals.

You know, they have no plans.

They post what they eat in the day.

So that kind of motivated me to also like it really clean post.

So seeing people who are doing the very same thing as you motivates you to do even more right and guys trust me.

I never thought I would lose weight.

It is so crazy.

Every single time I look at myself in the mirror.

I am always shocked.

I am still shocked from 91 kilos to 69 kilos baby.

Girl.

I didn't see myself doing that.

Um.

So trust me when I say it's possible, trust me when I say it is possible.

It is possible, um, don't.

Let anyone I'ma lie to you.

And also there were some people who were always begging me to lose weight family, um in my family.

The people always be like you so big bra, you are young lose weight.

And I did not really really really lose weight by that time, because I felt really really present people were pressuring me.

It wasn't me.

So it needs to start with you right? It has to start with you.

You are the one who's supposed to tell yourself that I am going to do this I'm, not going to let anything get to me.

No if someone comes to you, and they want you to lose weight, but you are not really invested in that.

You are not going to lose weight.

Girl, let me tell you you are.

There is no way you are going to lose weight because you won't be invested.

So you need to speak to yourself first do not let anyone push you into doing something that you don't want to do, um, love yourself, love yourself.

Listen to me.

Please love yourself.

I do not think if I was not in love with my body and myself, I would be able to lose weight.

I accepted the way I was.

I loved my body.

If you know me, if you know me, or if you can ask people who know me, they know that this girl really was so confident, she loved her body.

She was just in love with herself.

She was just in love with who she was right.

So yeah, I loved myself.

I loved my body and girl.

Let me tell you, um, if I wasn't really in love with myself and my body, I don't think I would be where I am today so start by loving yourself.

First, not let anyone tell you that you do not pretty pretty chubby.

Girls are beautiful.

The reason why I did this was for me to just, um, you know, I'm be healthy, be healthy, just to be more healthier it's, just for me to be more healthier and, um, weight loss is a journey do not let if I did it in like three months.

And today someone was out there who did it for like two months.

There was this other boat driver.

Excuse me, you told me that, um, he lost about 15 kilos in a month.

So it's your journey all right.

So what might work for me might not work for you? So just just start and see what works for you? Um, this was just me telling you guys my story, telling you guys how I did it, you know.

So, yeah, weight loss is a journey guys.

And it was so amazing lose.

The weight is so amazing guys, it's, not only amazing physically, but even mentally and emotionally guys.

I've always been I am so so so so so so energetic, I've always been, I've always been energetic.

But now now I am 10 times more energetic I'm, loving my life.

It has, oh, it has actually shown me that anything is possible.

Right? It has shown me that anything is possible as long as I set my mind to this guys, I've been trying to lose weight for.

I think from primary from grade, seven, um, yeah, until grade, nine, yeah.

So and then grade, nine, I was like I can't.

Do this it's over this is my body I'm, accepting it I'm falling in love with myself.

So I was gonna save live stuff.

I've started being on a self-life journey in grade nine, which was amazing too, um, highly recommend.

Highly recommend love yourself first, be in love with your body.

First before you'll, be able to change all your imperfections.

Right? So, yeah, I did not.

I did not see myself doing this.

Um it's, crazy, it's, crazy.

Every single time I will climb on the uh scale.

I will be so shocked.

I will be so so so shocked people always and people seeing you guys it's going to motivate you when someone comes to you and they're like this is you as this you you're going to be motivated.

So you hate to look, absolutely amazing and you're going to love it.

So just start girl just start you.

Yeah, you got this.

You got this.

I did this without going to gym I did.

I did this without even overthinking it.

I was just like I'm, starting we'll, just see how it goes.

Well, you understand I just like to myself I'll, just see how this goes I'm, not really going to overthink it.

So do not overthink.

It just start just start.

What we normally do is each and every single week, we'll, buy takeaways, but then we cut it.

We cutted that to like buying takeaways once a month, and I will have that take away with my mother and we'll just only have it once a month.

I wouldn't, I would let my mother buy some something.

And then I wouldn't have it.

I will have it with her.

You know, so treat yourself treat yourself to not be on a strict diet it's, not gonna work it's, not gonna work for you.

You quickly going to give up so never ever be on a street diet.

So be on a realistic diet work out drink, lots of water be on drink.

April cider vinegar, be on a fiber diet, like take lots and lots and lots and lots of fiber, um to help.

You go into the bathroom and poop.

And then lastly, but not least what else am.

I leaving have people are going to support you have people who are always going to be there for you and um, people are going to like hold you accountable.
